We have confidence in all our brands, because they have been carefully selected to fulfill the strictest quality requirements. If, for any reason, you’re not perfectly satisfied, we offer a free returns policy, subject to the conditions described below. You may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. You will then have a further 7 days following your request to return unsuitable items.
Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value, used/opened products, original shipping paid and Gift Cards.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns of yoga mats, bolsters, towels and accessories due to hygiene reasons. This policy is in place to safeguard the health and well-being of all our customers.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided.
The item(s) should be returned unworn/unused and in perfect condition, with all ANASA and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included in your return.
To initiate the return process, kindly contact us at info@anasa.ch . Once we authorize the return, we will send you the shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for unwanted items. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. See Refund Policy below.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected, ANASA shop credit on the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Gift Cards cannot be refunded and are non-transferable.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, if your refund is being issued as ANASA credit, this will show on your account as soon as your refund is processed. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact info@anasa.ch immediately.
While we take great care to pack your parcel with precision, on a rare occasion we may send the wrong item by mistake. If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Care at info@anasa.ch to resolve the issue.
