We appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

We are currently delivering all across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein kindly contact us for a more accurate quote.

+What are the timings and costs?

We are currently offering fast shipping on all orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery is free on all orders with a minimum spend of CHF70. Terms and Conditions apply.

For orders less than CHF70 we offer dynamic pricing for the shipping cost, which is calculated at the Checkout step.

+What courier companies do you use?

We currently use SwissPost as our courier within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

+Can deliveries be contact free?

Yes contact-free delivery is available to request from Swiss Post upon delivery.

+Do you deliver to hotels?

Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.

+I have only received part of my order. What do I do?

Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.

+Can I order to multiple addresses?

No, we can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time. If you would like help placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Care at info@anasa.ch

+Do you gift wrap?

We are sorry that we can not offer that at the moment. Our eco-friendly designed gift packaging will be available soon!
